Lavender is love. It’s rare to see them in food!
I’ve never actually eaten a macaroon, but I heard they’re amazing. I love all the colors they come in!
It’s almost summer! I’ve recently been obsessed with summery colors like seafoam, light teal, and of course– coral. There are so many different shades– some more red and others orange. Coral looks great on almost anything– accessories, clothing, flowers, and even furniture.
A gorgeous living room designed by Massucco Warner Miller.
Jes Switaj clutch (I love the gold).
Silk crepe dress from Erin Fetherson.
Here’s a song I’ve been recently addicted to. It was in Shrek 3 and in an episode of Parenthood as well (Landon Pigg is dating an actress on the show).
I’ve never heard of Lucy Schwartz, but I love her voice. This song is adorable, whimsical, and beautiful.
Hayley Williams (lead singer of the band Paramore) is probably one of the only people on the planet who can rock (no pun intended!) nearly any shade of hair color. I was disappointed to learn about the recent departure of two of their band members, but I love them all the same.
… and these are just a few. What a gorgeous woman, and a great role model as well.
Last night I watched the movie How Do You Know with Reese Witherspoon, Paul Rudd, Owen Wilson, and Jack Nicholson. I had expected it to be a chick flick, which it was NOT, so I was kind of disappointed. There were some pretty cute moments, though, and Owen Wilson was funny. 🙂
Besides the beautiful interior of Owen Wilson’s character’s lavish apartment, I spent most of the movie obsessing over Witherspoon’s flawless, relaxed wavy hair.
Her smile is adorable too 🙂
So pretty and natural looking! Unfortunately my hair is extremely dark, so you can’t see the difference between the curls like you can in hers.
Here are some sweet treats I’d love to try sometime in beautiful shades of red!
Some sort of strawberry drink… whatever it is, it looks beautiful and refreshing.
Red Velvet Crepes… two of the greatest inventions in dessert mixed into one!
The recipe is here.
Chocolate Chips in Raspberries. So simple, yet so ingenious.
There are so many blogs out there about fashion and food, and I still have yet to discover what will make mine unique. Here, however, you will not fail to find posts about the three wonderful C’s: cats, cupcakes, and colors. Oh– and of course– me, Christine.
Welcome to my blog! Thanks for reading.
